Transform your 2020-2024 KTM Superduke 1290 R, RR, or Evo with the Austin Racing RS22 dB Compliant & Race Full Exhaust System featuring the aggressive GP1RS slip-on. This complete system is meticulously crafted from full titanium, delivering significant performance gains and a dramatic 4.5kg weight reduction compared to the stock exhaust (Stock: 9.8kg vs. RS22: 5.3kg).

Engineered with advanced flow dynamics, this system requires no ECU remap for the standard dB compliant configuration. Choose between the GP1RS mini, 140mm, or the dB compliant 170mm angular tip in Black or Pure titanium to achieve your desired sound level (tested at 4750 RPM: 100dB, 98dB, 96dB respectively). The black can option features a durable ceramic coating over titanium. Full fitting instructions are included for a straightforward installation.

Please Note: A servo eliminator (servo plug) is required for this system and must be purchased separately (KT2 for 2020-2021, KT3 for 2022-2023). Optional pie-cut headers are available for a premium, handcrafted finish. For maximum dB levels, a high dB straight-through pipe is an option (requires a remap). If you wish to retain passenger pegs, the RS2 lower section (GP3 fitment) can be ordered separately.
